Ordering and pickup

• Orders on this website are for pickup at our bakery, 51 Union Sq., Somerville, MA. We are closed on Wednesdays.
• You choose your pickup date at checkout. Some items need a few days’ notice, so the earliest date depends on what’s in your cart. All times are Eastern Time.
• Unless you chose a set pickup time, your order will be ready anytime during the pickup hours shown at checkout.
• Need it sooner, or at a different time? Please call or text us and we’ll check what we can do.
• For delivery, catering, or a custom cake, please contact us directly. These are arranged and paid outside this website.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Massachusetts sales tax (7%) is added at checkout. Tips are optional.
• Online payments are made by card through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
• Some orders, such as tax-exempt orders or special pickup times, are sent to us as a request first. We’ll contact you to confirm and arrange payment separately.
• Gift cards can’t be used on this website. To pay with a gift card, please contact us.
• We do our best to keep prices and availability correct. If there’s a mistake with your order, we’ll contact you before your pickup date.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, please let us know at least 3 days in advance to avoid any fees. For cancellations made less than 3 days before pickup, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover preparation costs. Thanks for your understanding!

To change or cancel an order, please call us at (617) 319-5975. Cancellations are handled by phone only.

Food Allergy

Before placing your order, please inform us if anyone in your party has a food allergy. Our kitchen handles ingredients like milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish, and cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee any item is 100% allergen-free.

Our products

Each cake and pastry may look a little different from its photo. Decorations and colors can vary slightly, and cake sizes are approximate, so a cake may be slightly larger or smaller than the size listed.

Our responsibility

If something is wrong with your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make it right. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
